Parse.ly is looking for a motivated self starter to play an integral role in helping launch our new UK/EU Office and HQ. This will be a hybrid role focused in two major departments: Sales and Account management. You will also be assisting in marketing, partnerships and other needs that come up as part of our expansion internationally. This position will be based in our new London office and focused on both expanding our business outside of the US, as well as helping manage that growth as we onboard new partners and customers.

The two primary goals of this role will be to 1) support an Account Executive, and Head of EMEA in qualifying organizations interested in Parse.ly, as well as finding and reaching out to companies that could use Parse.ly and 2) Assist our account management team and the Head of EMEA in supporting our existing customers and partners based in the UK and EU markets. This means having a strong conceptual understanding our platform, value, and general markets that we service.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect/Qualify 50-100 leads per week through appropriate channels

  • Schedule 2-3 meetings per week

  • Reply and follow up with all legitimate inbound inquiries from appropriate markets in a timely fashion

  • Understand changing landscape of digital media space

  • Have deep understanding of Parse.ly’s line of products, how to use those products, and how to train end users on how to utilize those products

  • Work to drive adoption of end users of the Parse.ly platform

  • Create deep partnerships with Parse.ly customers to best understand their business goals, challenges, and how Parse.ly aligns with those factors.

  • Take accountability for not only driving efficiency and improvements toward your day to day role, but the entire Customer Success and Sales organization

Requirements:

  • 1+ Years of Sales experience is a play, but applicants of all experience are encouraged

  • 1+ Years of account management, or customer relations in any industry is required

  • Excellent written and communication skills

  • Excellent time and project management skills

  • Proficiency with Google and Microsoft Suits

  • Knowledge and Interest in digital media businesses

  • Experience and familiarity with SaaS businesses

  • On top of industry news, technology products, platforms and partners to ensure you provide and maintain a deep industry and ecosystem expertise

  • Excellent presentation skills; you feel comfortable leading presentations and demos of our platform to large groups, both technical and non-technical

  • Can easily relate complicated concepts to non-technical people, while maintaining the ability to speak to highly technical people

  • Ability to personally deliver customer onboarding program and strategic roll-out

  • High level of customer empathy

  • You know how to build trust and communicate effectively with C-Suite, VP, and Director-level contacts, along with day-to-day users of the software
